New opportunity for a circa 3+ PQE transactional corporate lawyer to join the dynamic Corporate team of a leading Scottish commercial law firm, based in their offices in Glasgow.
Role Profile: This is a fast-paced environment with exceptional quality work on offer and chance to work with clients across Scotland, the UK and internationally. You will also have the chance to gain experience working across a range of sectors. You will provide corporate advice and support to clients on a range of matters including:
- M&A
- Corporate Finance
- Private Equity Financing
- Capital Markets
- Restructuring
- Corporate Recovery
Candidate Requirements: The firm are looking to speak with lawyers who have 3+ PQE and have strong corporate law backgrounds gained in private practice or in-house. It is important that you have strong communication skills, have a 'can do' attitude and be 'commercially minded'.
