Highly respected UK national firm is looking to hire a Dispute Resolution/ Commercial Litigation Partner to join their new Scottish office and be part of their continued growth. This role can be based in Edinburgh and hybrid-working is also available.

Role Profile: This is an opportunity for an ambitious Dispute Resolution/ Commercial Litigation lawyer to join an innovative law firm with an impressive client list across the UK. You will play a vital role in the growth of the Scottish office as well as being part of a specialist UK Dispute Resolution team. This role would suit an experienced DR Partner but the firm is also interested in Legal Director/ Senior Associate level lawyers who are looking for a lateral move to Partner level.

The work on offer will include:

  • Commercial Contract Disputes
  • Real Estate Litigation
  • Financial Disputes
  • General Commercial Litigation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong background in commercial litigation/ dispute resolution.
  • At Partner level, some portable client base would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Ambition and desire to join a growing office.
