What you'll do
- Lead a diverse team in the development and improvement of user-centric digital services that align with organizational goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that digital products effectively address user requirements while adhering to best practices in accessibility and quality assurance.
- Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure that all digital outputs meet the highest standards before launch.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and innovative ideas for enhancing user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design and development decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that digital content is engaging and aligns with brand messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the digital offerings competitive and relevant.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to digital projects, including user guides and technical specifications.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and report findings to senior management.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization to enhance overall digital strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to guide the team in these areas.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, ensuring that all digital products are accessible and user-friendly.
- Experience working within an agile framework, with familiarity in using project management tools to track progress and manage workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate user feedback and data, translating insights into actionable improvements.
