Responsible to: Head of Digital Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across our digital and brand channels. This role is ideal for someone with around 1–3 years’ marketing experience who’s keen to broaden their skills, work across multiple channels, and build a strong foundation in digital marketing within a healthcare environment. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Digital Performance, Digital Optimisation, and Brand & Comms to help plan, execute, and improve marketing activity that supports patient and service user engagement — always with trust, sensitivity, and clinical accuracy at the centre.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across paid, owned, and earned channels, working closely with Digital Optimisation, Digital Performance, and Brand & Comms managers to execute agreed plans.
  • Own and manage the marketing content calendar, coordinating campaigns, always-on activity, and key health moments across digital and brand channels to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
  • Use AI-powered tools to help develop and adapt content for use across paid media, website, email, social media, and SEO, partnering with the Brand & Comms Manager to ensure tone of voice, trust, and clinical accuracy.
  • Support paid patient and service user acquisition activity across Paid Search and Paid Social, helping to launch, optimise, and maintain campaigns aligned to healthcare pathways and user intent.
  • Analyse performance and engagement data across channels to identify opportunities, feed insights back into optimisation and performance teams, and support continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, compliance, and UX teams to ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory standards and supports safe, sensitive, and ethical patient engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to digital marketing.
  • A strong interest in digital channels, content, performance, and audience behaviour.
  • Comfortable working with data and keen to learn how insight informs optimisation.
  • Experience using, or interest in learning, AI tools to support marketing effectiveness.
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • An interest in responsible marketing within regulated or sensitive environments such as healthcare.

Development & Progression

This role is designed as a development position and offers clear opportunities to build capability across digital, performance, and optimisation disciplines, with progression into more specialist or senior marketing roles over time.
