If you are an experienced Service Delivery Manager looking to build something group-wide from the ground up, we would like to hear from you.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery administration across the Preventr group. This is a new, group-level role created to bring one standard of structure, quality and assurance to the administration teams that sit at the heart of our work — across Preventr Passive Fire, Preventr Manufacturing, and additional service lines as the group grows. Our administration teams run each project from sales order through certification to invoice. You will own that end-to-end standard, manage and develop the teams that deliver it, and build the resilience that lets a fast-growing business scale without losing quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and standardise service delivery administration processes across the group — one way of working, every site, every business
  • Manage, coach and develop the administration teams across our operations
  • Set and hold a single order-to-invoice standard covering sales orders, job certification and invoicing
  • Monitor process adherence and quality day to day — and engage directly in delivery where needed; this is a hands-on role
  • Build cross-site resilience to never disrupt service to clients
  • Simplify and reduce the administrative steps in each project
  • Lead the administrative integration of newly acquired businesses onto group standards
  • Act as the escalation point for administrative issues affecting clients, protecting the client relationship
  • Report to senior leadership on performance, quality and capacity, and recommend how the function should be shaped as the group grows

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager or Administration Manager in a multi-site, client-facing service business
  • A track record of standardising processes and embedding new ways of working across teams
  • Experience managing and developing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong command of the order-to-invoice cycle - sales orders, certification, invoicing and client payment processes
  • Confident with digital workflow, CRM and compliance platforms, and able to define and enforce standard usage
  • Excellent communication skills; polite, professional and assured with clients and residents
  • Comfortable operating hands-on in the detail as well as at group level
  • Experience in construction, facilities management, fire safety or another compliance-led sector desirable
  • Experience of acquisition integration or business change desirable
  • Right to work in the UK; willingness to travel occasionally to other Preventr sites

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Private medical healthcare
  • A genuine group-level role - the opportunity to build and shape a function from day one
  • Career progression in one of the UK’s fastest-growing fire safety groups
  • London head office base with travel expenses to non-base location covered
  • A professional, collaborative environment focused on quality and continuous improvement
