Role Purpose
The Client Solutions Director is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for defining and executing Prevalent AI's approach to client engagement and solution delivery for clients globally. This position leads on high-impact client initiatives, fostering long-term relationships and driving the adoption of our cutting‑edge AI-powered cybersecurity platform. The Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Client Solutions strategy, working closely with executive leadership to develop innovative offerings that deliver measurable value, reduce cyber risk and establish Prevalent AI as a trusted partner and market leader. This role combines deep understanding of cybersecurity, strategic client management and business development, with a focus on elevating client outcomes through transformative technology. The role operates as a player‑coach, combining strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement across pre‑sales, solutioning, and delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute the Client Solutions approach in alignment with company goals and market opportunities, working through and with the VP Client Solutions, and contributing input to broader strategy and product direction
- Lead enterprise client and partner engagement, building trusted relationships, identifying growth and transformation opportunities, and actively supporting solution design, deal shaping, and delivery across engagements
- Own and contribute across the full client lifecycle; from early discovery and value articulation through to solution design, delivery oversight, and ongoing client success and expansion
- Drive adoption of Prevalent AI’s core products – Security Data Fabric, Knowledge Graph and Exposure Management – by shaping and tailoring solutions to client needs, ensuring measurable value through effective implementation and long‑term client success
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions and roadmaps, and act as the primary bridge between sales, product, delivery, and the client
- Oversee and actively contribute to complex transformation projects, supporting key decisions, resolving challenges, and ensuring successful delivery, adoption and continued client satisfaction across large‑scale engagements
- Mentor and lead the Client Solutions function, cultivating a culture of innovation, technical excellence, knowledge sharing and client‑centricity
- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to the executive team, identifying trends, client needs and new market opportunities to inform business growth and solution refinement
- Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, offering expert guidance on challenges, emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance client resilience and maturity
- Lead and contribute to the creation of client‑facing materials – including proposals, presentations, and solution artefacts – and help define and evolve reusable assets and playbooks over time
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in senior client management, strategic consulting, or enterprise solutions within the cybersecurity or SaaS technology sectors
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business value and drive revenue growth
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity risks, products and emerging market trends, with the credibility to influence C‑level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex client projects and negotiations, with a track record of building long‑term, high‑value partnerships
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and motivating teams in a high‑growth environment
- Excellent strategic thinking, corporate communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams
- Experience operating across the full client lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, pre‑sales, and delivery
- Strong solutioning capability; able to translate client challenges into structured, deliverable solutions aligned to product capabilities
- Comfortable operating in a player‑coach model within a scaling organization, balancing strategic input with hands‑on contribution
Education
- Flexible, likely to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
