About Prevail Partners
Prevail Partners is a specialist risk management, intelligence, security, and operational support company delivering discreet, professional and unrelenting excellence to clients operating in complex environments. As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for outstanding Residential Security Team Operators to join our growing team. We seek individuals who are professional, reliable, and presentable, with a genuine commitment to service excellence and client care. Our teams are trusted to protect people, property, and reputations. Success in this role requires professionalism, discretion, strong judgement, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
The Role
We are seeking experienced Residential Security Team (RST) Operators to support a Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family and associated properties across multiple UK locations. The role may require some travel throughout the UK and occasional overnight stays, depending on operational requirements. Working as part of a wider protective security team, you will maintain the safety and security of residential properties, estates, family vehicles, family members and visitors whilst proactively identifying risks and vulnerabilities. This position operates on a shift rotation pattern. Due to operational requirements, there may be occasional requirements to support or substitute into Close Protection Officer duties where appropriately qualified and where client needs dictate. This position offers flexibility in terms of where candidates are based within the UK; however, the successful individual must be able to travel with limited notice whenever business needs require. Given the responsive nature of the role, applicants must have sufficient availability to undertake assignments as they arise and should not have competing full-time employment, security commitments, or other obligations that could affect their ability to mobilise quickly. Candidates are encouraged to consider any professional, personal, or family commitments that may impact their availability, as a high degree of flexibility and readiness to deploy is essential to success in this role.
Requirements
- Maintain the security and integrity of residential properties and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks.
- Monitor access control procedures and manage visitor movements.
- Maintain vigilance and awareness of potential security threats.
- Support family movements and residential operations as required.
- Assist with incident response and emergency procedures.
- Liaise professionally with household staff, contractors and visitors.
- Produce accurate reports and incident documentation.
- Support wider security operations and protective security planning.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within residential security, protective security, military, police or related sectors.
- Experience working within UHNW, private household or luxury service environments preferred.
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent situational awareness and observational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, travel and stay away from home when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Impeccable references and professional reputation.
Desirable Qualifications
- SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection Licence.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience supporting protective security operations.
- Experience operating within family offices or private residential environments.
What We're Looking For
Beyond qualifications and experience, we are seeking individuals who:
- Take pride in their appearance and professionalism.
- Understand the unique requirements of working within a private family environment.
- Demonstrate discretion and respect for client privacy.
- Can maintain a reassuring security presence without becoming intrusive.
- Build trust whilst maintaining clear professional boundaries.
- Show initiative, sound judgement, and attention to detail.
- Share our commitment to delivering discreet, professional, and unrelenting excellence.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive day rate, consultants engaged on this project will benefit from a range of deployment-related support and amenities, including:
- High-quality accommodation provided throughout the deployment period.
- Access to excellent on-site facilities, including a fully equipped gym and recreational spaces.
- Daily meals prepared by a private chef, ensuring a varied and nutritious dining experience.
- The opportunity to work alongside highly experienced professionals in a unique and rewarding operational environment.
- Exposure to complex projects and clients, providing valuable professional development and experience.
- For many consultants, one of the highlights of the role is the quality of the living environment during deployment. Accommodation is provided on-site within a secure and well-maintained compound, offering comfortable living standards, excellent facilities, and a strong sense of team community.
