Primary Function
- Lead a global team of partner marketing consultants to deliver client partner program activation and ROI goals, driving partner progress from onboarding to.

Role Responsibilities
- Drive partner program activation strategy and performance, leading a team of partner marketing consultants to progress partners from onboarding to.
- Provide expert consultancy to partners on demand generation and marketing strategy and plans.
- Deliver high-touch consultancy to strategic partners to accelerate activation, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Track and report on activation metrics and partner pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Lead to develop and execute partner activation plans aligned to activation goals.
- Continuously improve team efficiency and delivery, refining processes and incorporating AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Lead senior client meetings, providing expert advice on partner activation strategies and performance.
- Deliver high-quality client presentations and reporting on activation progress and outcomes.
- Ensure all partner marketing activities align with client brand.
Team Management and Collaboration
- Lead, support, and motivate a global team of experienced marketing consultants.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, supporting professional development and performance improvement.
