  • Lead robust and timely communication flow with customers for all supply chain related topics, managing operational meetings and data flow for order tracking.
  • Respect customer replenishment metrics when discussing the forecast, taking inventory levels, freshness requirements, container utilization, production MOQs, etc. into consideration.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy for key customers, ensuring KPI is met and there is minimal supply impact from forecast deviation.
  • Manage operations with co‑manufacturers and co‑packers in the network, ensuring POs are placed and managed through with all sites to ensure OTIF delivery of stock to customer.
  • Manage interdependencies between business opportunities and operational plans to achieve deliverables.
  • Ideate and manage supply optimisation projects, always working with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Manage slow moving and obsolete stocks, ensuring wastage is kept to a minimum.

Required Skills

  • A “can do” attitude and proactive approach to finding solutions with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and seek out innovative and creative solutions.
