We are on the lookout for a Residential Property Solicitor to join our friendly, down-to-earth team in Ipswich. This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, working with good people, and delivering a great service without unrealistic pressures. This is a key position within a busy department, offering the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying the support of an established Firm.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own residential conveyancing files from start to finish
- Handling freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
- Ensuring smooth transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Working closely with colleagues and clients
- Focusing on quality work within a supportive environment
