Role Summary
We are looking for a CRM Executive to own key CRM campaigns across multiple markets, primarily the UK or US. You will plan, build, and deliver push, email and SMS communications, analyse performance and drive optimisation across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all communications in the CRM calendar, aligning with promotional and brand campaigns; focus on a key market (UK or US) while supporting secondary markets.
- Build push, email and SMS campaigns for the assigned market(s).
- Provide weekly and monthly channel performance analysis and insight reporting for key market(s); recommend improvements.
- Lead BAU email push and SMS briefings.
- Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure CRM creative supports the wider strategy; evaluate performance in monthly sessions.
- Own wider areas such as BNPL, beauty, Direct Mail, refer‑a‑friend program and GDPR requests.
- Support all markets by suggesting and implementing continual improvement across all CRM channels.
- Work with the Senior CRM Executive to deliver the test‑and‑learn plan and maintain an always‑on approach to channel optimisation.
- Update image and behavioural‑comm for promotional calendar.
- Completing support tasks such as creating promotional codes and data uploads.
Qualifications
- 1.5+ years in a similar CRM role.
- Excellent commercial understanding and data‑driven mindset.
- Experience with Bloomreach or similar platforms.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of CRM techniques and trends.
