Job Description
PrettyGreen is seeking a Creative to join our award-winning team.
We’re a global fame-making agency on a mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet and performance. We believe that in an ever-changing world, fame and fortune favour the brave – and we’re looking for someone brave enough to help us create it.
For 17 years (since Red Bull gave us Wings), we’ve built fame-worthy ideas that shape culture, solve real problems and spark conversations – everywhere from the front page to For You pages. Whether it’s bold PR, game-changing influencer work, culturally sharp social content or unmissable brand experiences, we get people sharing and keep people talking.
THE ROLE
The role of Creative sits in our central Studio team, made up of Planners and Creatives. The Studio team works on clients across our three divisions (PR, Influencer, Experiential) and supports the agency’s Growth team on new business and marketing. It’s the role of the Studio team to ensure the agency’s work is strategically sound, driven by insights and creatively pushing boundaries.
As a Creative, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering fame-driving work across integrated campaigns and new business. You’ll bring sharp ideas, cultural awareness and creative energy to everything you do, supporting senior creatives and planners to bring bold, channel-savvy campaigns to life.
We’re looking for an integrated thinker – someone who understands how ideas come to life across PR, Influencer, Experiential and Social, and who can confidently shape work that earns attention in the real world and online.
Ideally, you’ll bring 3+ years’ experience in a creative role, with a track record of developing work for well-known consumer brands. Experience in earned-first campaigns is a definite advantage, but not essential. What matters most is a sharp creative mind and a desire to create work that gets people talking.
Creative Ideation
- Work closely with senior creatives and planners to interpret strategy and develop creative ideas that fit the brief
- Generate fame driving ideas that work across channels; from PR stunts to influencer content, brand experiences and social-first content
- Amend and redevelop ideas after feedback
- Stay culturally plugged in, bringing trends and zeitgeist moments into the room
Selling Creativity
- Contribute to compelling presentation decks and creative storytelling
- Pitch creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams; occasional client-facing pitching
- Support in briefing and collaborating with designers, producers, and other creative partners
Client Servicing & Campaign Delivery
- Support creative execution across integrated campaigns
- Work with accounts and production to ensure ideas are delivered as intended
- Ensure work adheres to our B Corp and DE&I frameworks, meets brand tone and accessibility standards
- Help source or liaise with external creative collaborators when needed
Team & Time Management
- Manage your own time and creative deliverables across multiple projects
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team, bringing positivity and creative rigour
- Support and learn from senior creatives while contributing to a collaborative, idea-first culture
