PrettyGreen is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join the PrettyGreen’s Growth Team – a group of four working to build the agency’s brand, showcase our work, and attract new clients and top talent. The B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator is responsible for creating stand-out content, from developing creative concepts and ideas to ensuring first-class execution, and ensuring it’s amplified across our target audience. The role reports to and works closely with our Agency Marketing Lead, and collaborates regularly with our Studio, PR, influencer and events teams to bring each team’s in-depth expertise to our own marketing activity. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organisation and people skills, with strong attention to detail; who’s looking to work across a busy, award winning agency, to help us showcase our story. Experience of working in the Consumer PR, Influencer and Experiential sectors would be advantageous.
The Role:
- Project Management: Keeping the agency’s marketing grid up-to-date (e.g. social media schedule, podcast series, agency award tracker, and events calendar) – working with colleagues at every level across PrettyGreen to capture upcoming work, agency, and industry activity. Together with colleagues in our influencer team, developing a social media plan that ensures we use the right content, on the right channels, to reach new business prospects, industry partners, and potential employees.
- Content: Creating compelling social media content – including using Canva for simple design tasks; and creating simple video reels using tools such as Capcut and Descript or similar. Writing social media posts. Drafting and editing long-form content, for example website blogs. Working with our Studio team, and directly with external freelancers, to produce showreels, animations, and more complex content.
- Social: Managing paid social campaigns, using LinkedIn, TikTok and Meta’s advertising tools. Community management of PrettyGreen’s social channels – monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and tracking trends.
- Podcast: Supporting the production of our influencer podcast What They Said – assisting with scheduling guests, publishing to relevant platforms (for example using Buzzsprout or similar), and amplifying each episode.
- Email and CRM: Regularly using Mailchimp to send email newsletters and event invitations. Managing our email contact database – updating contacts, and segmenting lists.
- Website and Online: Managing content on the itsprettygreen.com website – adding content (using WordPress), and optimising text for SEO. Collating information for the website (e.g. testimonials, case studies, client lists, team bios, agency expertise and similar). Working with PrettyGreen’s Brand Guardian and external web developer on periodic website updates. Running paid Google Ads, with support from PrettyGreen’s paid media specialists. Uploading content to partner and intermediary sites such as The Drum, Little Black Book, and Creative Brief.
- Analysis and Reporting: Tracking, analysing and optimising the performance of content (via our website, social media, and email) – using our publishing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics. Producing coverage reports. Contributing to regular summaries of activity for PrettyGreen’s leadership team.
