PrettyGreen is looking for a B2B Content Creator & Marketing Executive Were a global fame-making agency on a mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet and performance. \\n\\n Our B2B Content Creator & Marketing Executive plays a key role in how PrettyGreen shows up across digital and social channels, helping to tell our story, share our work, and attract new clients and employees. \\n As part of PrettyGreens five-person Growth Team, youll create and manage content that brings the agencys brand to life from, concept ideation, storyboarding and concept creation. \\n This role is perfect for a creative, organised and proactive marketer who loves social media and storytelling.

Youll combine strong writing skills with a flair for visual content, helping to showcase PrettyGreens culture and campaigns in a fresh, engaging way. \\n \\n Content Creation & Copywriting \\n Create original and engaging content for PrettyGreens social and digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) tailored to a B2B marketing audience including copywriting. \\n Turn agency work, client campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments into platform-ready posts that highlight our expertise in PR, Influencer, Social, and Experiential.

\\n Write and edit longer-form content such as blogs, newsletters and website updates to support agency marketing activity. \\n Bring ideas to life visually, using Canva, CapCut or Descript to design posts, videos, and short-form motion content. \\n Social Media & Community Management \\n Plan and schedule PrettyGreens organic social calendar, ensuring a consistent and creative mix of content across platforms.

\\n Manage community engagement, monitoring comments, responding to interactions, and staying active in relevant industry conversations . \\n Stay across emerging social trends and features to evolve our content approach. \\n Marketing & Collaboration \\n Partner with our PR, influencer, studio, and experiential teams to uncover stories, results and cultural moments to amplify through content.

\\n Support the B2B Marketing Lead in delivering PrettyGreens marketing plan including content marketing, awards entries, and events as required. \\n Manage updates to our website (using WordPress), upload content to partner sites (e.g. Liaise with freelancers or suppliers for creative production such as animation or video editing as required.

\\n Track and analyse content performance across social and digital platforms to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. \\n Collaborate with PrettyGreens paid media specialists when amplification is required. \\n Create monthly performance reports.
