We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Influencer Marketing & Social team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for influencer marketing, creator partnerships and social-first communications. You'll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoy building meaningful relationships with creators and clients, and be excited by the opportunity to deliver campaigns that drive both cultural impact and commercial results.

As Campaign Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of retained client programmes and influencer campaigns, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and against agreed objectives. You'll work closely with creators, clients and internal teams to bring campaigns to life, while helping develop junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Acting as the day-to-day client lead across retained accounts and campaign workstreams, delivering exceptional client service and stakeholder management.
  • Managing influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution, reporting and evaluation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers, talent agents and creator management agencies.
  • Identifying and securing creator partnerships that align with campaign objectives, audience insights and brand values.
  • Developing campaign materials including creator shortlists, briefs, content plans, contracts, usage agreements and negotiation documents.
  • Negotiating creator fees, deliverables, timelines and content rights.
  • Managing campaign timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery against agreed KPIs.
  • Coordinating activity across internal teams including strategy, creative, production.
