The Role
We’re looking for a Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Manager to join our Influencer & Social Marketing team.
We’ll consider both established Senior Campaign Managers and experienced Campaign Managers ready to take the next step. The level of appointment will reflect your experience and capabilities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day client relationships and campaign delivery
- Creating influencer shortlists, briefs, content plans and contracts
- Managing creator relationships, negotiations and approvals
- Delivering campaigns against agreed budgets, deadlines and KPIs
- Monitoring performance and providing clear insights and recommendations
- Managing campaign finances and identifying risks early
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Contributing ideas and insight to pitches, case studies and agency marketing
- Collaborating with strategy, creative, PR, social and paid media teams
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing influencer, social, PR or integrated campaigns
- Strong client-servicing and project-management skills
- Good knowledge of the influencer and social landscape
- Experience managing budgets, timelines and campaign performanceClear and confident written and verbal communication
- A collaborative, organised and solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues
- Experience leading retained accounts or complex campaigns
- Knowledge of influencer regulations and brand-safety requirements
- Experience contributing to pitches and new business
- An interest in using AI and emerging technology to strengthen campaign delivery
