THE ROLE
To support end-to-end Influencer Marketing and Social Media campaign delivery across platforms including TikTok and Instagram, from talent sourcing through to content go-live. Manage creator partnerships and talent coordination, building experience across the creator economy including emerging areas such as TikTok Shop and paid social amplification. Track campaign performance using social analytics tools (e.g. CreatorIQ), supporting reporting, optimisation and commercial impact across influencer and social activity.

Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, you’re the person who keeps things on track, juggling multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture. You understand the importance of process, and you’re comfortable with the admin that comes with great delivery — from tracking campaign assets to raising POs and helping keep budgets in check. You’re motivated by doing work that’s best in class, but also by being a reliable, trusted part of the team.
SKILLS
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within Influencer Marketing
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and happy to support colleagues to get the job done.
- Knowledge of social analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
