PrettyGreen is seeking a Mid-Level Designer to join our award-winning team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the agency’s Creative Services Manager in the Studio team, we're looking for a Mid-Level Designer to bring visual ideas to life across brand, social, experiential and print. This is a varied role suited to a detail-oriented and versatile designer who enjoys working across disciplines, formats and client types. You’ll help our pitches pop, our events stand out, and our content connect — visually and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

Client & New Business Proposals

  • Develop co-branded PPT presentations tailored to client visual identities
  • Craft visual design mock-ups combining design with AI imagery as needed
  • Design experiential scamps, stunt sketches, and event floorplans
  • Create engaging presentation visuals: coverage/influencer mock-ups, moodboards, stat visualisations, animated slides
  • Deliver artwork for printed pitch materials (e.g., signage, packaging, stickers)

Event & Experiential Design

  • Design 2D and 3D visualisations for activations, pop-ups, and installations
  • Develop floorplans, spatial designs and “white world” visuals
  • Collaborate on final output with 3D designers and external suppliers as needed
  • Create packaging designs for PR mailers and creative gifting

Social & Content

  • Create engaging visuals for social posts including overlays and animations
  • Design mock-ups to demonstrate how influencer content will appear in-feed

Graphic Design & Production

  • Design flat assets across digital and print, from signage and posters to screen content and leaflets
  • Prep approved designs for artwork and print production specs
  • Work closely with artworkers, production, and freelance support for rollout
  • Support visual storytelling for event promotion, launches, and internal showcases

Marketing & Internal Brand Assets

  • Support on designed content for agency webinars, reports, and email campaigns
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (quarterly updates)
  • Refresh agency creative e.g. LinkedIn banners, email signatures, comms assets
  • Visualise insights in digestible, agency branded formats
  • Design seasonal creative assets (e.g., Christmas mailers)
  • Support the rollout of B Corp reporting and activations
  • Create internal collateral e.g. new starter packs, team merch (bags, hoodies etc.)

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–5 years in a design role, ideally in a creative or integrated agency environment
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 on a Mac (e.g., PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams)
  • A keen eye for detail and consistency, with a proactive and solutions-led mindset
  • Proficiency in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with mock-ups, scamps, and brand storytelling
  • Experience designing for both digital and print (large and small format)

  • Enjoy collaborating with strategists, creatives, producers, and copywriters
  • Have a knack for turning complex briefs into simple, beautiful visuals
  • Like fast-paced environments and flexing between multiple creative challenges
  • Can juggle deadlines, feedback, and iterations with a positive, can-do attitude

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Figma, or similar for 3D/floor plan layouts
  • Experience creating assets for experiential marketing or event production
  • Experience working with freelance illustrators, CAD designers, or re-touchers
