We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Executive/Junior Manager to help shape the future of Pretty You London! This is a unique opportunity to join a premium fashion and lifestyle brand at a pivotal stage of growth. At Pretty You London, we are entering a new phase of growth—refining our brand, expanding our team, and strengthening our position within the premium fashion and wellness space.
Pretty You London is a British nightwear, loungewear and lifestyle brand on the move. Following a period of significant change, we’ve secured fresh investment to reposition the brand upmarket, diversify our European sourcing, and build out the team that will take us into our next chapter. We’re hiring across functions to support that ambition.
As Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Pretty You London’s social channels, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand and aligned with wider marketing objectives. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing and PR Manager to own content creation, social planning, reporting, community building and Influencer campaign execution, while identifying new opportunities to drive growth, engagement and brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Media Executive ready to take the next step into a junior management role, with the chance to grow alongside the business and play a key part in shaping its social media strategy as the brand continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management and Planning: Support the development and execution of Pretty You London’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms. Manage the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content across all channels. Maintain and update social content calendars in line with brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal activity. Ensure all social content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Identify opportunities to improve channel performance and audience growth.
- Content Creation: Capture and create engaging social-first content including video, photography and edit video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and stories. Attend campaign shoots, events and brand activations to capture real-time content. Write compelling social copy, captions and community messaging. Stay ahead of social trends and proactively bring fresh content ideas to the team. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a consistent and elevated social presence.
- Community Management: Manage and grow Pretty You London’s community across all social channels. Respond to comments and DM’s in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Build meaningful relationships with customers, creators and brand advocates. Monitor social sentiment. Identify opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen brand loyalty. Capture BTS of events and drive engagement.
- Influencer Support: Support influencer campaigns from briefing through to content delivery and reporting. Coordinate content from influencers, ambassadors and brand partners. Assist with gifting campaigns and Influencer outreach activity. Work closely with the Brand and PR manager to maximise campaign performance across social channels. Ensure influencer content/UGC is effectively integrated into the wider social strategy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on channel performance, engagement, reach and audience growth. Produce weekly and monthly social media reports with actionable insights. Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation. Analyse competitor activity and wider industry trends. Use data to inform future content decisions and social strategy.
