Recognised for our sophisticated occasionwear, luxury knitwear and more recently our sleek and modern bridesmaids collection. We strive to make luxury affordable by designing quality, timeless and versatile designs that can be worn day to night, season to season and loved for years to come. As Pretty Lavish grows, we are looking for a passionate, hardworking and humble individual to join us on this exciting journey in this newly created role.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Daily admin support to ensure the smooth running of the design team in particularly the knitwear category across Pretty Lavish & NOBL
  • Responsible for sample handling
  • Chasing knit downs, trims & samples with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met in line with the critical path
  • Working directly with suppliers
  • Assist with the approval of knitdowns & trims for finalised products
  • Support the design team to help create trend overviews, presentations & sampling research
  • Completing sourcing packs for knitwear & trims
  • Uploading tech packs, colours & setting up BOMs on PLM
  • Knit library & yarn card management - ensuring design & creative areas are kept presentable and tidy and in an organized manner
  • Research into competitors and inspirational brands
  • Meeting prep
  • Accurate note taking in meetings
  • Design tracker management
  • Support the design team with CAD work including recolours
  • Developing seasonal knitwear research through catwalk analysis, market research and competitor shops ensuring this is innovative and true to the brand's aesthetic.
  • Sample management from brought to development samples

Requirements:

  • Have an authentic creative passion and eye and excellent understanding of the Pretty Lavish & NOBL aesthetic
  • Be organised, a self-starter, and able to prioritise your workload
  • Be able to articulate yourself clearly and confidently when communicating your ideas and respond gracefully to challenge
