We are currently looking for a Part‑time Taproom Team Member to join our original taproom in Forest Gate. The role is approximately 25‑30 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday.

Role:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly attitude that makes them instantly feel welcomed.
  • Engaging customers in conversation, with great knowledge of all of our beers, wines, cocktails, spirits, soft drinks and food menu.
  • A true focus on customer experience; ensuring there is clear communication with your team, so that everything runs smoothly.
  • Keeping the taproom tidy and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Who we are looking for:

  • Friendly and enthusiastic people who have a true passion for customer service.

  • People who are keen to get stuck in and open to learning.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • London Living Wage of £13.85 per hour, increasing to £14.80 on April 1st.
