Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 4-on / 4-off, 12-hour shifts (6am / 6pm) Days and Nights

About the Plant Operator role:
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our anaerobic digestion plant operates safely, efficiently, and at peak performance, directly contributing to the production of renewable energy and reducing environmental impact. xsabvtc
Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to develop new skills and progress within the sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring plant operations through visual inspections and PLC control systems
- Making adjustments to optimise plant performance and efficiency
- Carrying out routine maintenance and operational checks
- Recording operational data and completing daily reports
- Supporting environmental monitoring, including digestate and drainage systems
- Assisting with loading, unloading and general site operations
- Operating plant equipment and machinery where qualified
- Supporting the Engineering Team with maintenance and repairs
