Join the heart of our kitchen at Pret a Manger, where you'll play a vital role in supporting, training, and coaching our lovely team members to consistently create delicious food for our cherished customers.
As a Kitchen Leader, you are essential to the seamless operation of each shift. Taking ownership alongside our Managers, you become the eyes and ears for the back-of-house operations, ensuring the success of our stores. But that’s not all – at Pret, we invest in your growth! You’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities. We have the following positions available right now: Full-time - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 4:00am to 11:00pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
- Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
- Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.
- Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
- Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
