Join the heart of our kitchen at Pret a Manger, where you\’ll play a vital role in supporting, training, and coaching our team members to consistently create delicious food for our customers.

Overview

As a Kitchen Leader, you are essential to the seamless operation of each shift. Taking ownership alongside our Managers, you become the eyes and ears for the back-of-house operations, ensuring the success of our stores. At Pret, we invest in your growth! You\’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities. Join us in shaping the culinary experience and making every bite delightful for our customers!

We have the following positions available right now:

  • Full-time– Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 6pm onwards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger\’s standards and operational needs.
  • Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting Pret\’s core values.
  • Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret\’s quality standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served.
  • Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously to support smooth operations.
