As a Kitchen Leader, you are essential to the seamless operation of each shift. Taking ownership alongside our Managers, you become the eyes and ears for the back-of-house operations, ensuring the success of our stores. At Pret, we invest in your growth through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities. Shifts are generally spread over five days (Sunday night to Thursday night), starting around 11pm and finishing around 8am.
Responsibilities- Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
- Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
- Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.
- Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
- Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
