Overview

As a Leader, you will support, train, and coach our teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards. Your leadership is crucial to the smooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside our Managers. You will be the eyes and ears for front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. At Pret, we invest in your growth! You will gain valuable skills and knowledge through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities.
