Seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Leaders to discover a world of opportunities at Pret, Unit S015 Southgate Centre, Bath BA1 1AP GBR. Join the heart of our kitchen at Pret a Manger, where you'll play a vital role in supporting, training, and coaching our lovely team members to consistently create delicious food for our cherished customers.
We have the following positions available right now:
- Full-time – Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. Availability from 5:00am to 5:00pm.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
- Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
- Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.
- Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to customers.
- Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
- Play an active role in training and coaching team members.
Previous supervisory experience and passion for food and customer service is preferred.
