As a Business Sales Executive at Pret, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance and regional growth.

This dynamic position combines operational leadership with strategic sales development, focusing on both in-store excellence and B2B revenue generation.

You will be responsible for leading teams, optimising store operations, and building strong relationships with local businesses and corporate clients.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management, with a focus on local team engagement and performance.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, upselling strategies, and locally relevant promotional initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by coaching, training, and developing team members in line with Pret’s values and franchise goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with Pret’s brand standards, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.

  • Ensure daily in-store transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Explore and implement local loyalty discount partnerships with other businesses in the area to strengthen community ties.

  • Quote prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and payment arrangements tailored to local client needs.

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of service.
  • Recruit and train junior sales staff to support long‑term franchise growth.
  • Produce strategic reports and recommendations for franchise and Pret senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay current with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
