We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager at our Cambridge Station store. As AMK, you will play a key role in the successful day-to-day operation of the store, leading and developing your team, driving business performance and ensuring consistently high operational standards. About the Role Our Managers are at the heart of the business. You will be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
* Ensuring excellent standards of food quality, customer service, health & safety and operational excellence.
* Driving sales, profitability and overall business performance.
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
* Creating an exceptional experience for both customers and team members.
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
* Spending dedicated time coaching and developing your team to support their growth and progression.
