Pret A Manger is seeking passionate individuals to join our Front of House and Kitchen teams at Unit 18, Cribbs Causeway Regional Shopping Centre, Patchway, Bristol BS34 5DG.
Overview
We’re hiring for a full-time Team Member role. No experience is required—just enthusiasm and team spirit. You’ll learn to prepare delicious products and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, helping to create memorable moments every day.
Responsibilities
- Support Front of House and Kitchen operations with preparation and service.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during shifts.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required.
- Strong enthusiasm, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
Pay and Benefits
- £12.26 to £13.51 per hour (Inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour).
- Potential to earn up to £14.01 per hour in Key role and up to £14.81 per hour as a leader (Inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour).
- Flexible shifts across 5 days per week, with early starts possible (as early as 5am).
