Job Description:

We're on the lookout for two enthusiastic and passionate Leaders to join our Reading - The Oracle Pret A Manger team, part of the Hala Group family Franchise as General Leaders (Kitchen & Front of House).

Please note, the role will require working FOH and BOH (Kitchen), making sandwiches, hot food, coffee, customer service. Opening and closing the shop, 5:30am start, with a 6pm finish. - full flexibility required.

You'll be essential to the smooth running of each shift, working closely with the Manager and being the eyes and ears of the operation - both front and back of house.

• Support the day-to-day operations and take ownership during shifts.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience within the hospitality industry.




• A passion for hospitality, food, and people.




• Strong communication and organisational skills.




• A hands-on attitude and a love for early mornings!
