What we’re looking for

We’re looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Property Coordinator, you’ll contribute as part of the wider property team, to the effective day to day running of the business and the shaping of the new store opening strategy. We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Project Coordinator and Property Administrator to be an integral part of the property team, working closely with Construction, Acquisitions and Estates Teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the Construction team with any project-related administration
  • Raising, issuing and receipting Purchase Orders, as well as managing the cost reporting process to include project specific reports and budgetary trackers
  • Raising and tracking all Opex & Capex requests
  • Gaining a full understanding of Pret's NetSuite system working with the Finance team to champion any changes
  • Understanding and adhering to Pret's financial processes
  • Ensuring all invoices can be processed by solving invoice errors, e.g. incorrect PO numbers, POs being closed, or POs being fully billed
  • Working closely with the finance team on ad hoc requests, e.g. Capital Allowances, closing POs, project information
  • Supporting with the weekly payment run, ensuring all paid invoices are due and answer contractor queries regarding payment dates
  • Tracking costs against individual budgets and ensuring the Heads of Department are aware in advance of any potential overspend
  • Completing and collating all project specific administration and filing in the appropriate location on the internal drives
  • Liaising with shop teams on small scale refurbishment, furniture and equipment projects
  • Gaining all necessary information for onboarding new suppliers/contractors and raising new supplier tickets
  • Managing which suppliers are CIS registered and adhering to the correct PO deductions where necessary
  • Taking part in ad hoc projects as within the wider team and business.

The interview journey

Every interview process at Pret begins with the same two stages. First, you’ll have a relaxed 30-minute conversation with a member of our property team so we can get to know you and your experience. Next, you’ll be invited to a one-hour, in-person interview with the hiring manager at our Head Office in London Victoria. Depending on the role and function, there may be additional stages. These could include time spent in one of our shops, completing a task, or meeting a senior leader.
