Role Overview
As a Team Member, you’ll be the smiling face of Pret on the shop floor and help prepare delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, creating memorable experiences for our customers every day. Whether you’re serving the perfect organic coffee, preparing fresh food, or supporting your teammates during busy shifts, you’ll play a vital role in bringing the Pret experience to life.

Shifts
Full Time roles available across Monday–Sunday, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3 AM – 5 AM
- 28 days annual leave
