Responsibilities

  • Leaders, inspirers, and drivers of their teams, Front of House Leaders are in‑shop champions who coach and mentor staff, protect Pret’s standards and spirit, keep the team and customers happy, and step up during busy periods—whether by operating the coffee machine or managing figures and spreadsheets.
