What we are looking for
Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You will handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too), taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer's espresso, you will undergo weeks of training, giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

- Hourly rate is £13.86 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
- After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am.
