As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence across the region, supporting the wider Senior Leadership Team and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our sites.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Succession
support recruitment, onboarding and build robust succession plans; model Pret values, embrace Thoughtful Leadership principles and promote team wellbeing.
Drive Your Business
coach managers to deliver outstanding customer service and food quality; manage P&L, forecasting, rota, ordering and production; analyse results and respond proactively to challenges.
Drive and Embed Change
act as an ambassador for change, communicate new standards and initiatives, give constructive feedback and keep the team informed of business changes.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – develop and deliver regional strategy aligned to company goals.
- People Leadership – manage complex people and HR matters, role‑model Pret behaviours.
- Results & Standards – act as a role model for high standards and drive strong regional results.
- Growing the Business – work closely with internal and external partners to improve performance.
- Mentorship & Development – mentor and support NTP and newly promoted Operations Managers.
- Stepping Up – deputise in the Head of Operations’ absence, supporting the Region and SLT.
- Collaboration – build strong relationships across regions and with the Support Centre.
- Continuous Improvement – challenge the status quo, focusing on solutions and excellence.
About the Role
Full‑time (42 hours per week).
Reports to the Head of Operations.
- Pay & Benefits
- £71,175 - £74,675 base salary and up to 30% bonus.
