What we’re looking for: We’re looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a group FP&A Junior Analyst you’ll support FP&A across the Group, working collaboratively to develop a culture of finance excellence within the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Aggregate and consolidate total Group results, partnering closely with Group‑wide FP&A to influence decisions at Exec and Board level.
- Drive consistency and high standards across FP&A in all markets; simplify processes, improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual work.
- Identify risks, opportunities and levers across the full P&L (sales, labour, COGS, overheads) and connect insights to business decisions.
- Key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with other finance leads.
- The role reports into the Group & International FP&A Analyst. This is a full‑time role.
Experience and Skills required:
- Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI).
- Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Strong logical and analytical skills.

We offer:
- Salary £40,000 -£50,000 per annum and 10% bonus potential.

The interview journey:
The interview process has three stages – first, a 30‑minute chat with our recruitment team to get to know you and share more about life at Pret, and then a one‑hour interview with the hiring manager in person at our Head Office in London Victoria. A final interview with either the Commercial finance director or CFO.
This role is based at Pret’s Support Centre in London Victoria, where we work in a hybrid way – typically three days a week in the office. We’d love to get to know you, not a robot, so please do not rely on AI to complete your application.
