Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of shop operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
  • Drive sales and profitability through smart cost control, upselling strategies, and engaging promotional initiatives.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment; coach, train and develop your team.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations, handling customer feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports such as P&L statements and budget forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments such as marketing and supply chain to implement initiatives and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to drive profit and deliver great customer experiences while maintaining high energy and standards.
