Part Time (24 hours per week) role located at 19 Eastcheap, London W1 1AA, GBR.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the shop floor team, coaching and mentoring.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, customer service and cleanliness.
  • Support shop operations during busy periods, operating the coffee machine and managing back‑of‑house tasks.
  • Monitor sales figures, spreadsheets and protect profit.
  • Engage with customers to keep them happy and build a positive experience.
