Responsibilities
- Leaders, inspirers, and drivers of teams, our Front of House Leaders are in‑shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams.
- They protect standards and spirits high, keeping teams and customers happy.
- When the shop gets busy, they roll their sleeves up on the coffee machine or immerse in figures and spreadsheets.
