  • Front of House Leaders are in‑shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams.
  • They protect the standards and spirit of Pret, ensuring teams and customers are happy.
  • They manage the shop operation, work when busy, and maintain high standards and profits.

  • Hourly rate £15.35 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
  • After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
  • 28 days annual leave (pro‑rata if you’re part‑time)
