What We’re Looking For

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll hand‑make and lovingly pour all our Barista‑prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training, giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

  • Hourly rate is £14.55 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
  • After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3‑5am.
