What We’re Looking For
Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (including iced drinks). You’ll take your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a customer’s espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training to give you the skills, pace and confidence you need to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

- Hourly rate is £14.55 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
