Full Time (42hr per week) / Early Start (4am).

Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently high-quality food, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Assist in training and developing team members, helping them grow professionally.
  • Help both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams achieve efficient service, uphold health and safety standards, and support stock control through ordering, taking, and waste reduction.
