Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger’s exacting standards and operational needs.
- Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
- Act as the guardian of Pret a Manger’s quality standards.
- Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to customers.
- Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.

Current Openings
- Full-time (35 hours) Kitchen Team Leader – Night positions available. Shifts spread over 5 days (Monday night to Sunday night) starting around 23:30 and finishing around 09:00.
Pay
- £16.01 to £17.26 per hour (Inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour).
- If you work at least 3 hours between midnight to 5am, you are entitled to an enhanced night shift rate for each hour worked in that shift.
