Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent preparation of food that meets Pret’s high standards.
- Act as a role model and promote Pret’s core values in the kitchen.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment.
- Manage stock counts and complete administrative tasks accurately.
- Work closely with managers to oversee shift performance and resolve issues quickly.
- Help ensure every customer enjoys a fresh and satisfying experience.
