Join the heart of our kitchen at Pret a Manger, where you'll play a vital role in supporting, training, and coaching our lovely team members to consistently create delicious food for our cherished customers.

Overview

As a Kitchen Leader, you are essential to the seamless operation of each shift. Taking ownership alongside our Managers, you become the eyes and ears for the back-of-house operations, ensuring the success of our stores. But that's not all – at Pret, we invest in your growth! You'll gain valuable skills and knowledge through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities. Join us in shaping the culinary experience and making every bite delightful for our customers!

We have the following positions available right now:

  • Full-time – Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 4:00am to 11:00pm
  • Part-time – Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 4:00am to 11:00pm

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
  • Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
  • Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.
  • Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
  • Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
