Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of shop operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Drive sales and profitability through smart cost control, upselling strategies, and engaging promotional initiatives.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment; coach, train and develop your team.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations, handling customer feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports such as P&L statements and budget forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing and supply chain to implement initiatives and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Proven ability to drive profit and deliver great customer experiences while maintaining high energy and standards.
- Experience in retail or hospitality, with the ability to lead a team, drive profit, and deliver great customer experiences.

- £40,338 – £42,088 salary
- 20% quarterly bonus
- 33 days of annual leave (including flexible Bank Holidays), increasing to 38 days the longer you’re with us.
