Overview
As a Leader, you will support, train, and coach our teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards. Your leadership is crucial to the smooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside our Managers. You\’ll be the eyes and ears for front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. At Pret, we invest in your growth through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support, train, and coach team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold high standards.
- Take ownership of shift execution and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
- Collaborate with Managers to ensure consistent store performance.
Current Job Openings
- Full-time (35 Hours) Front of House Leader positions available – Shifts spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday and can start as early as 3am and finish as late as midnight.
Pay
- £14.01 to £15.26 per hour (Inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour)

Role
