Responsibilities

  • Lead with purpose, driving team performance.
  • Protect profit and keep customers happy through high standards and great energy.
  • Coach and mentor shop staff, ensuring high standards and spirits.
  • Maintain standards, manage busy shifts, and oversee training and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team and driving performance in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and a people‑focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to influence behaviour through coaching.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly rate is £14.56 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
  • After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3–5am.
  • 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if you are part‑time).
